The IRS has already said he’s under audit. They claim he doesn’t need to be cleared from the audit to release his taxes.

It’s not illegal but I don’t know of any police department that has it as policy that you can do it. If it happens it happens. Sometimes you can’t avoid it and even sometimes you might really need to do it.

It was an accident. They were bragging about shooting down a Ukraine plane until they found out it was a foreign airliner. If they had wanted to shoot down airliners there were more planes in the sky with MH17 that they could have shot down.

I think it was an accident. That they shot down the plane but it was the wrong plane. Which is probably why Russia grabbed the missile launcher very quickly and shipped it back to Russia.
