What part of “they are morons” do you not understand?

They brought the guns because they are morons.

No. I’d argue they were killers who should have been shot down by the police.

And as has already been point out to you man-child there is more then enough probable cause to investigate and arrest. Which is what happened. No one disagrees with that. Those two idiots deserve it.

The guns were in the car the whole time. They never attempted to enter the tournament with the guns. Security at the tournament refused them entry and told the police about the Facebook posting. Upon investigation the men told the police where the car was parked. The police retrieved the guns from the car.

It obviously means people. What else would it mean in that context? The point is that they looked at those people not as targets who needed to die but as people they were going to compete against in a tournament.

No. It’s not enough. Enough to investigate. Yes. Enough to charge them with crimes for violating state law? Yes.

Except they didn’t say they were going to kill people.

Should it be investigated as a threat? Of course. In this day and age you never know. And they should face jail time for bringing the guns into a state that is hostile to guns.

Were they stupid for taking that stuff on the trip with them? Yep.

I’ve already said they should be punished for it in another post. They were stupid but the reality is they probably weren’t going to attack the tournament they were going to play in and that it was a terribly stupid joke on their part.

Eliot Rodgers intent was clear and he should have been stopped.

Oh yeah that too. Very idiotic of them to take firearms across the country. Especially in the northeast part of the country that is notorious for being anti-gun.
