It’s not that simple. Engineers have two things working against them on the cost/benefit side.

Taxes and small business accounting are not in the same league as big corporate, bank or any kind of audit accounting. Math is like 1% of the job, and Excel does it for them. If you don’t understand this, it’s doubtful you’ve ever played with stakes high enough to need one. I don’t mean this to be an insult, because

It’s not passing the test, it’s the liability of keeping your clients compliant.  The cost is a LOT less than the potential fines and penalties...

Anyone remember Buzz Beer from the Drew Carey show? I still hold that show was underrated.

You’re not wrong. About 10-15 years ago, mid-grade was 10-15 cents more per gallon than regular and premium was 10-15 cents more per gallon than mid-grade. Now it’s 25-30 cents more for each grade increase.

It actually warms my heart to see Ford finally decided to do in 2019 what GM has been shat on for doing for 30 years lol. The secret is pushrod engines.

It actually warms my heart to see a company producing an engine based on being overbuilt and long lasting at the expense of outright power or sexiness.

GM’s DoD works great.

The absolute best thing about the C8 is that it definitively tells boomers to wrap it the hell up, and exit stage left. Your time is over, and we don’t care if you don’t buy this car. I am 51 years old, and I just purchased and Alfa Romeo Giulia Sport TI, and when my lease is up on that car, I will seriously consider

The target customer for this isn’t the mainstream one - It’s the same person buying a $120k+ Tesla. Very high income, very style and image conscious, likes technology. Probably has whatever the newest smartphone is.

Let’s be honest: Ford and GM have equally defective cultures and will always put $ ahead of customers or safety. Sadly, a trend I’m seeing in many industries with no real accountability in sight.

Wendy’s nuggets have a weird spongy texture. I’m also curious what about the Fair Foods Program is making them hesitant to join. I’m guessing it’s not the cause, so maybe the organization itself is problematic in some way. Like I’m all good with ethical treatment of animals, but I’m not supporting PETA.

At least I’m not pretending that I’m fighting rape by scolding the Wendy’s twitter account.

You sound just like me. I love cars. But buying them is awful. I’ve become so cynical about the whole thing, mostly because no one makes anything I want to buy, so anything I could buy is not only expensive but also not what I want. Talk about soul destroying. “Here are your options. You hate all of them and they cost

It’s funny too, because the end goal doesn’t seem that crazy when it comes to the dealer experience.

Maybe they just need one more customer satisfaction survey.

Part of Harley’s problem is that they’re so limited in scope. Go into a Kawasaki or Yamaha dealership and you’ll see things from cruisers to sport bikes. From dirt bikes to adventure bikes. Hell, you’ll even see boats and skis and ATVs! Harley basically sells one image for one lifestyle at a price point that's

This should not be on the road. You are a danger to others.

You’re supposed to open it first

I’m curious how game designers came to the conclusion that gamers wanted all of their games to be open world.
