I feel like your logic is a little flawed. Yeah there are a lot more cards sold than comics. For $5 you get 1 comic or 10 pokemon cards in a booster pack.

Why does Every fucking website and award forget about NEO The World Ends With You?

Its probably the best RPG of 2021 hands down.

I mean this seems like a really minor point on contention. Yeah Red Light District would probably be more accurate but Entertainment District gets the point across well enough for anyone who can read between the lines.

Aye but that was predominantly among Smash 4 & Ultimate players. A lot of the big names of Melee came out fairly unscathed saved for one commentator.  

What? Video Game publishers are not Capital-G Gamers. This was one of the best selling games of 2019. It had a huge following and a lot of fans which is why it had tons of DLC.

That also happened with Smash 4. They announced it at E3 and the next day Sakurai was bombared with press asking about the next Smash game and he was informing everyone that he had only just found out about it and was still working on Uprising. 

Hey, is there a reason Penny Arcade was dropped? I mean it is THE video game webcomic. 

Gonna be real with you. The only successful platform fighters that arent Smash have been those indie ones that focuses on mechanics. Because at the end of the day, a fighting game that plays like Jank garbage isnt a game that going to retain an audience. And with out said audience, no one will buy DLC.
