Man where can you even rent video games anymore? Since blockbuster died out, and mail order netflix stopped being popular I assumed video game rental stopped being a thing?

People keep saying that, but I remember KH3 hype kept going for like at least 2 months, which is pretty standard for most AAA games.

You’re right. Thats a better word to describe them. 

Yeah Im sure the pokemon company has something to do with it. But like anime and plushes go years without getting new pokemon. Sun and Moon went over 2 years without new pokemon content to add. And its not like the black and white anime was followed up with Black and White 2.

Nah Im pretty confident that this is a fact. Is Activision put out Call of Duty Alpha & Omega each with slightly different campaigns and multiplayer exclusive guns, they’d be crucified online. x 

Heres the thing though. They choose to put it out on a yearly cycle. It use to be a 2 (some times even 3 year) cycle with an enhanced third version that had both exclusive content from the originals + new stuff.

Look you can love whatever game you want. Ive always held the opinion that other people’s negative opinions on things I like can shove it.
