I get that but like, objectively there is a semi decent chance an unlicensed player will win. Free agents winning majors is not uncommon in the FGC.

So why set the prize pool so high if only a select number of people can actually qaulify for it? 

Whats the point of having a prize pool this big if legally they cant even legally give out 1/46th of it to the Winner?
