Actually you can just press "X" on the Xbox and switch between MSP and real cash for certain items.

I would personally recommend the app "ProTube" and "Open in ProTube" on Cydia, it's basically the mobile webapp of youtube but with download functionality and acts as a standalone app from Safari. I like it.
