My main barrier is convenience - removing excuses not go to.
When I worked in the city I was a member of a cheap gym I could walk to in 5 minutes, so I’d go during my lunch break. Now I’m working from home that’s no longer an option. So I’ve joined a local gym that is 2 1/2 times the price because it’s a 5 minute drive

I bet that feeling of shame will dissipate once you get more comfortable with the place. I bet you will even start to notice more “regular” people at the luxury gym.

$200/mo is a decent introductory offer? What the hell will it be after that? O_o They better do the working out for you for those prices!

As the man said, “only the good die young.”

republicans need to punched in the face all the time. Case in point:

No one is denying they are busy, but when people are actually *that* into each other they make it work or wait out the busy phase.

FAIR: The Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism

The modern fascist movement in America sure has a usual bunch of suspects.

I give him a pass. That “I haven’t seen my mom and sister cry like that in over 20 years” bit is almost certainly referring to the death of his father as a firefighter during 9/11. So the death of that pet was clearly triggering for all of them”

I think most celebrities cultivate a public persona, for self-preservation, but man, Davidson’s devotion to his mother and sister is the genuine article.

Sometimes I wonder if animal welfare is actually their goal, since they are so toxic that they definitely do more harm than good.

It sometimes seems like PETA is trying to prove the moral superiority of animals by being the crappiest people they possibly can be. You have to admire that kind of commitment to the messaging!

NGL - whenever I hear of a friend or acquaintance getting a purebred dog through a breeder (don’t know anyone getting dogs through pet stores unless it’s an adoption event) my eyebrow raises. Genuinely, what are you doing? But the allergy argument is pretty compelling and just about the only one that doesn’t leave me

“If Pete had done his research, he would know that there’s no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog, that at least a quarter of dogs in shelters are purebreds, and that Petfinder has listings for homeless dogs of every breed under the sun, including the one he purchased.”

peta is a terrible organization that turns off most people to the idea of animal rights and shouldn’t be calling out individuals just buying a pet. bother farming  corporations and big box pet stores that still sell animals.

Maybe she likes very successful athletes who are worth around 200 million dollars!

All of these rich assholes just have the thinnest skin imaginable.

It's not exactly germane to the homophobic Hollywood shit-lister mentioned above, but it's nice to see Page looking happier. He always struck me as one of those people stuck in perma-misery before.

Elliot Page doesn’t owe you jack shit and can tell as much or as little of his own life story as he wishes. You have to be absolutely delusional to call him craven

Dude: You’re just afraid of men.
