In civil court it is likely to be brought up that the owner adandoned the car to the sea. I suspect you are unfamiliar with salvage rights in the sea. And if you leave your car on the beach....even without a hurricane...dont expect it to be there weeks later. Weeks. If you cant afford to tow it...you cant afford…

It is illegal to change lanes without signalling...PERIOD. Use your god damn signals people. And not after you start to move.
