@PN - gooapplesoft: The Best Buy near my house has like no more 3D glasses left on display because people have either ran off with them or broken them. Added security.

@dgkz0idberg: It's not whether you have to buy the stupid wands or not, it's how expensive these things are. Plus, unless you are playing by yourself, the cost for 2 or more players to join in is plain robbery. If Sony wants this "Move" to succeed, they are gonna have to price it a bit more aggressively.

As nice as it is, I just don't see how this technology can succeed with so many cons: New, expensive TV, expensive glasses, and the fact you need glasses for each person involved. As if we weren't antisocial enough already, forget about inviting friends for the 3D experience.

@Scaramanga: I tried these at a Best Buy and it's pretty neat. However, imho, the experience would be diminished on anything below 42". If I ever do, that's a big IF, decide to by a 3DTV it'll have to be 60".

I was suckered into the Wii peripheral bonanza, but I won't do it again here. 50 bucks per controller plus the $30, or whatever it is. Then with 3D, you need a new TV and $150+ glasses for each person involved. Domo arigato for trying.

Nothing to see here folks. Move along.

@Red Rocket: Thanks. I jumped the gun on that one. All the more reason they should be using the 5 Ghz frequency. Apple should have included it in this iPhone and it sure didn't take long for them to regret it.

Why not set up two different WiFi Networks so the devices involved in the presentation have their own. They could afford it.

Looks like a giant iPhone!

Doesn't it just make you feel like a cheap whore??

@Yahweh Took My Prepuce: I was thinking of a usable notification system, like Android. I might be asking too much though. Another thing is that almost three years later, I've expected the hackers would've worked out all the kinks that cause poor performance. Yet again, since I'm no hacker/programmer, this might be

Is the jailbreak app developing community dying? It seems that new jailbreaks are being cranked out almost as soon as apple releases the new updates. However, new apps and functionality haven't changed much in about a year.

FUGLY!!!

I live in San Diego but I haven't been to fashion in a while, place is always crawling with people.

@darngooddesign: If you look at the bumper it only protects the sides and corners of the iPhone leaving the front and back naked. If anything, it actually shows you the confidence they have on the glass but not on the aluminum sides.

@G-Ram: Same here. However, I changed that trend with the 3GS and somehow the only part not protected by the case, by the dock connector, is now cracked. I guess I won't be able to get asking price when I sell it on Craig's list. Bummer!

@OddManOut: Military helicopters don't use Kevlar for the windshields, at least not the ones I've worked on, and they scratch easily. Now I'm wondering what kind of military helicopter Steve was talking about.

I'm assuming most people are talking about the software. They MUST be talking about the software. I believe Apple covered the hardware side pretty well. They even added a gyroscope!!!! A FREAKIN GYROSCOPE!!!

@Red_Flag: Free tethering and SBSettings.
