You are right. It isn’t. Thankfully we have systems like Tesla’s Autopoilot where NHTSA studied the data and found a 40% reduction in accidents compared to their cars without it.
Get off my highly landscaped lawn.
I’m willing to be that in the long run (if there was a way to freeze current tech long enough to do a real study) that these systems, when used as instructed, are safer than the average human driver.
But think of the SHAREHOLDERS!
Hahahahahaha!
I dunno, if your mom knows your preferences that well, that’s kind of a relationship win.
I will say this:
How do you know? Me - to get it into gear from Park, I had to rock it back and forth.
The ‘83 Chrysler I was driving as in High School yielded no ex’es to tell a story. Now THAT is truly a bad car.
You may have overlooked something.
Don’t forget it was converted to right-hand drive, too.
I love the hood scoop in the testing shot. I love that there is some engineer somewhere in Maranello who (I really, really hope) said “a hood-a scoop-a? Notta problema!” and proceeded to get out his Sawzall and cut a hole in the hand-formed aluminum hood of this $200,000 sports car. Then, you know, to make it smooth,…
You know what would improve this vette? Caprice headlights!
AHHHHH MY EYYYEEESSSSS
Everyone pays for the roads (unless you’re a Trump-level tax cheat). Whether or not you have a car is irrelevant.
Income tax, sales tax, the same as any state pays for anything. Come one now this is basic stuff.
How about we restrict cars to track weekends and replace all mass-transit with trains, trams and buses?
I bike several thousand miles a year and periodically bike to work, which is a 57 mile round trip ride. I follow the rules of the road, signal turns and am alert when riding in traffic. Almost all cars are courteous and give me room on the side of the road. There are always a few jerks, but no more than when driving.
Keep the nose pointed STR8 ahead.
