hmmm. first off, the comic actually says "two speeds" not "same speed". have you been misreading it for 23 years? it even says "bigger circle". essentially the point on the outside has to travel a longer distance but finish in the same amount of time a point moving slower (in a tangential/linear sense) but shorter…

I click on scrollbars all the time. sure, I have a scrollwheel but even beyond the times where I'm doing blink tests (comparing screen 1 to screen 2) it's more accurate than using scrollwheel....
