I think the biggest hilarity of your comment comes from actively shaming women and treating them like children (‘treasure chests’? Have you even held a hand before?), while having an avatar of a woman almost entirely naked that is entirely a oversexualization of a male character made female.

I experienced a very similar thing in Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. Tons of servers were chat rooms or even locked down with rules of Jedi etiquette where you could challenge one another to saber-only duels (only basic or no force powers were allowed depending on servers, no other weapons except lightsabers allowed).…

No but the origins of “Dues Vult” just happens to be the crusades, ya know an aggressive war started to wipe the Muslims and Jews out of the holy land. So ya they aren't appropriating it as much as using it as it's intended.

I remember playing on some of those Jedi Knight 2 duel servers.  I remember there was a certain protocol for beginning duels, with the end result being more of a chatroom with lightsaber duels than anything.

i think labeling him “bipolar” does a disservice to actual mentally ill people, and kinda lets him off the hook. his problem isn’t that he’s bipolar — it’s that he’s a toxic, racist asshole.  (and being a toxic, racist asshole is not a known symptom of bipolar disorder)

Speed runners have played the game hundreds or thousands of times.  They’ve seen everything in the game and know it like that back of their hand.  Most probably did play and explore at a more normal pace at the beginning.  They are well beyond that now.
