I think there is a real question of the censorship laws in china being a part of the reason for this though. Its Blizzards choice to bend to those laws as they dont HAVE to operate in china. But its too big a market for them to ignore. 

Im curious why you believe that people who would have punched the kid, need to get their emotions in check, but not the kid popping off like that.
