no offence but fuck that noise. None of that shit is what spider-man is about. Spider-man is about people being generally good, and the bad ones being easy to identify. Its fiction. It doesnt need to be the fucking wire.

eh, running into moral grayness yes, but the last beat of those moments is always that Spideys generally hopeful outlook is worth keeping and that theres always hope in the good in people.

but..... spiderman wouldnt be involved in those situations. Superheros arent the ones who handle criminals who stay in their cells or people waiting for courtdates. They handle life or death emergencies. The only thing that really dips into “why is spidey dealing with low level crime” is the drug deals you bust up,

“Spider-Man’s portrayal of policing feels divorced from reality, to the point that it feels out of line with Spidey’s comic book heritage.”

Seems like a mistake. The best plan would be to allow save game transfers but store ranking independantly, or reset rank completely upon transfer. Though i get why with games like splatoon 2, the infrastructure to separate that part of the save, might not be in place.

sounds legit

Most likely they slapped a non-stick coating on it, the types used on cooking hardware, and are calling it “grease-proof”. I doubt they did an actual study on how grease/sweat/grime interacts with controllers, and what to do to completely combat it.

Im not buying it says Spirits. I think that his juxtaposition has everyone convinced he litterally pulled the lettering out from under the pixelation. I would bet on Storymode, or Subspace 2

I think a small break in the grand finals after the reset isn’t a bad thing anyway. Momentum as you said is a big deal, and theoretically should be reset for the second complete match. But it was smart of Sonic to get one that was within the theoretical rules of the tournament.

Nothing now. Too late.

Not really how crouds work. Cant common sense mob mentality. Has to be at the event/community organization level that this stuff is fixed. The TOs encouraged this type of environment for too long.

I blame community TOs. Everyone thinks bans are bad because they're anticompetitive, but toxic shit like this is worse than having a slightly less competitive game. Ban the fuck out of things that bring out the worst in the community, and let the game be less competitive. Smash is never gonna be the number 1 esports,

Its not the inanimate games fault. It’s the TOs fault and the communities fault for not creating a set of rules and bans to remove toxicity, even at the cost of “competition”. It’s a fighting game, people will work with whatever they're given. Ban the toxic shit.

Cant common sense mob mentality. The TOs need to do something about it during tournament setups, or it’s gonna be that way. I’m pro bans, but everyone says that’s anticompetitive. But anything is better than a scene that takes no responsibility for itself.

Blame the TOs. They know this is the environment surrounding bayonetta. She's considered a toxic pick, and no amount of common sense is going to midigate mob mentality. Only changing the tournament setup so it doesn't happen.

I think there is a difference in the dance community about ownership than there is in other arts. The dance community encourages iteration on ideas because the art form thrives with constant variation without having to worry about liscencing. so much so that the court cases surrounding dance moves are often condemned

Thats boardgames in general though. Take a look at all the ultimate werewolf clones that have come out for decades. Then all the Apples to Apples clones that ripped off the success of the rip-off CAH. Then when you look at miniatures boardgames, they all just iterate and base rules on eachother because no one can come

I love making wrong NPCs, I dont use consistent characters as party members, but my players took a job to find the lost island with a portal to Arvandor, but the Elf who hired them was an idiot and led them right into the territory of a very defensive isolationist island nation that had nothing to do with the island

DMing is addicting. Its why so many DMs are happy to DM often and regularly but can struggle to find consistent players. Eventually though, you come down from the high, and realize the narrative is fun, but the player experience is the most important part and the two can conflict. I DM all the time, but id love an
