True story, my cousin and I scoured Ikebukuro for hours looking for the fabled “Ice Cream City”. When we finally found it, we feasted on octopus ice cream and another one with chicken wings. They were not very tasty. The chicken wing ice cream had bits of chicken cartilage throughout.
