Yeah, I thought that was a bit of an odd premise. That thing was designed to sit on a shelf. It’s primary, one could argue only real, purpose is informing the viewer that it’s owner is intensely edgy.

I dunno. It takes a fairly extreme mindset to operate at that level. It practically requires you to be obsessively self critical. They’re not “normal” people and so I’m not sure you can expect “normal” reactions to things.
Gargoyles have a spout coming out of their mouth for drainage. What Christie is, is a Grotesque.
Surveys like this - and I’ve seen a few - are a really good teaching tool, because it shows the most important thing to know about surveys: context is key. Whenever someone says X number of people say Y, you need to know the way that question was framed or the result is useless.
As a British citizen I can offer you some “cripple your own economy because you don’t like Polish people” if you like.
Your basis for assuming I support Sanders is that I know what a budget is.
Or maybe we just understand how budgets work and that that money’s already spent whether the candidate is in or out?
True. It’s making her current campaign more left leaning that it would otherwise be (which is the reason he was running in the first place), but realistically the moment it’s over she’ll drop all that and go back to status quo.
No. It’s not. Because that money is already a part of their budget. If they weren’t spending it on this, they would spend it elsewhere. Be that better protection for other candidates or hookers and blow.
Where would that money go if it weren’t paying for a guy forcing Hillary to the left? It’s not like it’d go back in peoples pockets. The way budgets work, the service would just find other ways to spend it to justify spending in the next cycle.
Fuck these guys.
“This is an ideology that rejects who we are as a country: open, tolerant, free.”
“That said, it is too soon to inject politics into the discussion.”
It’s really nice to see this moving in the right direction, even if it’s in stumbling tiny steps.
Why not both?
Almost by definition that person has pressed Q at a good time.
In fairness, it’s a hollywood adaptation of a beloved example from a seperate medium. It’s not like they don’t have form.
Yeah, it’s not exactly ideal, but the number of women that investors will be convinced have the star power to carry a movie could be counted on one hand. The number of them that are japanese is zero. Like it or not, it’s far more likely that this wouldn’t get made than be headed by a japanese actress. Which is a self…
“having her sex life and sexual history dissected by authorities”
And not just trans people. “Masculine” looking cis women have been having issues, so that law pretty much demands you conform to expectations of gender to use a public toilet.
