Compared to how many incidents of men killing their children?

It doesn't show it as normal, but it shows it as increasingly common, and it shows that it's perpetrated by men with a strong attachment to traditional patriarchal gender roles. I'm not saying all men are family annihilators. It's an exceptionally rare crime. But I would say that it's a crime produced by patriarchy

Well based on the results of the study, yes? Since they seem to conclude that these crimes are mostly down to now-failed patriarchal ideas about the father's position as breadwinner and patriarch it'd seem silly to throw up your arms and say that the social and ideological context is meaningless.

I'm not entirely sure that there've been enough nontraditional families outside of single parenting (which is, on the face of it, much harder for a variety of economic and practical reasons) over a long enough period to have a decent base of data.

Um, pretty much all the subtypes are based on patriarchal social constructs (The man as patriarch/provider) and they specifically point at the potential of the inability of men with patriarchal "black and white" world views to cope with real life.

83% of the killers are men. Women who kill their families are, however, more striking and newsworthy because we view the mother as being some kind of saintly maternal figure.

No, they're not all male. Only 83%. So it's merely AN OVERWHELMINGLY LARGE MAJORITY. So there. Or something.

Your link lists a raw number, which is useless and stupid. Also, funny how the links do work, and the release includes this:

According to the research discussed, 83% of people who kill their families are men. (59 of 71 incidents in the UK).

Traditional gender norms produce violence!? It's almost as if the patriarchy is a toxic construct!

Xena and Gabrielle. <3

This is going on in the United States as well. It's not as if Bolivia is in the wrong alone here. There are Old Order colonies in the U.S and they don't pay taxes, are often considered outside of the scope of local law enforcement, etc. Even if it is not codified into law (federal taxes are as of 1965),

I think it's just so you're in no doubt these are worlds and not candy, no matter which ball you look at. Don't overthink this ;)

Except histories are usually written by the victor, at least the ones that end up being taught in school.

Thank you, Brian, for using the words wonderful and glorious to describe our glitch. Even dog lovers weren't upset. We do apologize, and we're working to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Nothing ->

Which would make you King of the Juggalos, which is in fact, not a good bonus.

I mean it's kind of cool in theory... But I still so no major purpose. Telling whether or not an object is ferrous is not very important to me. I'm not magneto.

Added bonus, ICP will think you're a wizard.
