She's looked better with less, or perhaps more artfully applied, makeup. I think this was a stumble by her artist. That said, even a bad makeup job cannot hide the fact that this woman is gorgeous and has great bone structure and symmetry.

Yeah that eye makeup (by which I mean all the makeup around her eyes as well as on her eyelids) is not doing her any favors.
