If this is an official government policy - and not total unsubstantiated bullshit - then why not go on the record and say it?

Airbnb is not working in a grey area. They are no different than Craigslist. They offer a platform for people who are interested in short term rentals.

You don’t need Title IX to suspend or expel students convicted or rape. Most (if not all) schools have codes of conduct that expressly say they have a right to kick you out if you don’t behave yourself.

Actually, the law does work like that. You have no rights if you’re a paying guest in someone’s home for less than 30 days, especially if you don’t actually have the place to yourself because the owner is living there.

Or they can just stick to what has been medically proven to work, doesn’t render them impaired or reeking like garbage.
