There's more than that to why Brawl isn't preferred for competitive play.

I think the burn card packs are cool, I didn't use the weapon ones but I used the grenades, and XP ones the most. So it's cool that you can pick and choose what category you want.

Yeah, I actually thought that actual armor/suit customization was part of the black market, apologies.

That will actually be added in a new update, I believe. I don't follow it much, but they're adding a "Black market" into the game, where you can earn ingame currency (no microtransactions) for cosmetic items and emblems.

You can't get lucky with this, sorry. Every store within 100 miles of me sold out within hours, I was lucky to get one at GameStop 2 hours after they opened, as I knew what date they were coming out for preorder.
