Smoking isnt cool anymore, and theres no reason to leave it in. The only people i personally associate with it are middle aged folk who waste thousands of dollars a year on it and stuggle to quit, but cant, passing on basically nothing to their kids cuz they throw it away on tobacco. so coooooool.

Because the customers bought the shows from Sony. Therefore Sony is the only party with an obligation to the customers. Sony, in turn, has an agreement with Discovery. If Discovery is the bad actor, it’s Sony who needs to resolve it.

That is likely something which factored into the decisions. “We only have this many sales over the lifespan and spend this much just to keep access going”.

I was gonna say how many people actually bought this content, obviously there are affected consumers, but for real, who’s actually buying these shows?
