I used to be a raid boss like you, until I took a disconnected LAN cable to the knee.

I've never really had much problem with Diddy players online in For Glory.

Yes, you do have to pay for it - which I think is an example of Sony copying its competitor's pricing strategy without actually producing the same quality infrastructure to justify the cost.

Steam is not the government, nor does it control all distribution channels for PC games. The creators of Hatred are free to continue developing their game, but Valve is under no obligation to carry it.

That Anna Sarkowsky's bad news.

Here's a 30-minute look at Cosmic Star Heroine, an indie RPG by Zeboyd Games (Penny Arcade Adventures Episodes 3-4) that's sorta like a cross between Lunar and Phantasy Star, with dashes of Suikoden. It's out next year for Steam and PSN.

Yakuza: Zero sure looks fantastic. Check out this gameplay video (footage starts about four minutes in), which shows off the game world and some very realistic puddle reflections.

ice breaker is pretty baller for PvE stuff. best strange coins i ever spent.

I'm sure that having a much better understanding of mechanics to expect from VoG helped a lot. Plus I bet there are a healthy amount of Gjallarhorn's and Ice Breakers in that group. I'm sure it will take the rest of us mortals a bit longer to complete.

I'd make a joke about Microsoft not paying developers on time, but it would take a while for me to get it out to you all. Probably a few weeks.

Cheers to that.

ps1 start up sound followed by the policenauts jingle for the konami logo in mgs

I had a straight up Pavlovian response to this sound. I knew something awesome was going to happen.

It doesn't have a story; it has events. At the end of the game, nothing has changed. The threats are different or redirected after your appearance but you are still just fighting the good fight, the Traveler is still weak, The Darkness is still coming and nobody really knows what it is. The game is still in discovery

QUOTE | "In a way that we expected, we knew that we were going to have to change our plans from the moment the game went live." - Bungie COO Pete Parsons, talking about how they are hard at work modifying and extending Destiny.

That much time and money. Then they release it and realize there was not much of a game. Just a shiny candy shell with no core to make it last.

..the last MGS game was in 2008...?
