its not a commercial disaster its a technical disaster/gaming disaster. Noone has made any good software for it and the device is underpowered. Remember it doesnt take much to get soccer moms to buy workout video games apparently (look at the wii fit and how well that sold).

he is still right to a point. have multi monitor touch interface is what should be supported if MS really wants to push this, not having it is stupid. another example of MS not knowing what it wants to market 8 as, table or desktop OS.

Windows 8 metro for Desktops IS as bad as he says. Windows 8's core is more optimized than 7 and runs better for sure but the interface is a big problem.

here's a *choice* I want to run multiple programs windowed. Metro apps do not allow that *choice* they restrict it. Also a nicely organized start menu instead of the complete mess the metro start screen is please. I want to choose to have things organized not crapped out with no organization.
