IIRC, they were considering the elf woman from Awakening for the same narrative role that Anders ended up taking in DA2. I think that would have probably worked better. As is the shift in personality between Awakening Anders and DA2 Anders makes him feel like a completely different character.

There’d be a section where the heroes would be required to rattle off the contents of an entire issue of Nintendo Power verbatim, because true geekdom is an idiot savant like ability to memorize every word in a given piece of media.

one of the quests I had for the Plaguefall dungeon needed more than one run to complete.

It’s being compared to other cards, isn’t it?

I don’t know if you’ve ever used GOG games, but they give you a self-contained installer for their games. Back up the installer, and you’ve got a preserved copy of the game essentially.

OP was making a dumb comment about how not everyone has 5k computers. You don’t need that to play the game anyway, but odds are good you have much less of a choice on what your internet connection is like, especially in much of the US.

Last time I checked I wasn’t stuck with a computer or console monopoly with little choice based on geographic location.

I trust Steam a lot more than I do Google maintaining interest in a given platform they’ve created. There’s also GOG, literally owned by the company that makes Cyberpunk 2077, where you can just get a DRM-free copy.

Not everyone has the kind of internet that Stadia needs to run at 4k either, but I don’t see you commenting on that part. Stadia would chew through my data cap. I’d rather just own the game. Console version is going to be fine enough if you don’t have the PC for it, I’m sure.

You’re not going to lose your raid spot leveling in Pandaria though.

Dragon Age has the same problem. You make a lot of big decisions in the course of the first two games, but they have a limited impact on the narrative of the third game, because making any of the choices too important would mean creating a lot of content that a chunk of the player base would never see because of

I feel like your comment is quintessential Apple. A focus on the aesthetic while completely ignoring the user’s use cases.

The gameplay in the first game is often clunky and obtuse with little to show for it. Weapons are largely just minor variations of each other along three parameters and they all feel like basically the same weapon because of it. 2 and 3 are definitely more streamlined action games, but I never felt like my choices

Dell makes gaming laptops too. The G-series laptops are literally all called “gaming laptops” in their descriptions. Most of them are using the 1650, but the “higher end” models with a 2060 have RGB features. Not the most obvious “gaming” aesthetic, but that’s true of other brands too.

I was curious as many computer makers tout the 1650ti as a good card

There’s a scene where the Rockbiter and his son are on a three wheeled motorcycle, and they’re singing “Born to be Wild.”

Right, when you want the convenience of easily typing numbers, you first want to remove a separate module from your drawer, then attach/pair it to your computer, and only then beginning to type (and then later shuffling it off back into the drawer so it doesn’t interfere with the Feng Shui of your desk, I guess?)

It’s kinda what the whole point of categories are for in the first place. No one has to run the any percent current version early access build category if they don’t want to.

I don’t think I’ve ever bought a game on the spot for lack of a list to put it on to remember it. If it’s the sort of game I’m trying to add to a list I’m probably less likely to buy it not having one.

It being on the least active version is what made it remotely in the realm of possible in the first place. This won’t suddenly drive people to attempt it on more active systems.
