Are the Yi Outdoor cams any worse than their indoor cams? I’ve got a couple sitting in boxes that I haven’t installed yet, but the Yi indoor cameras I’ve used absolutely blow away the quality of the Arlo Pro I’ve got at like... 10% the cost, so I’d have trouble expecting Anker to do much better than the Netgear stuff…

New-crop modern engines with bucketloads of computers and emissions controls are not your ideal choice for a swap. When you’re doing a swap you do everything you can to keep it simple, and there are PLENTY of older engines that are just as powerful, much cheaper, and won’t hate you for dropping them into the wrong car.
