Ever since I got a flat on the freeway years ago, I have kept a reflective vest in each car.

I thought about the letters they spot you on Wheel of Fortune: RSTLNE

Don’t forget the 14th dumbest thing, people complaining about people that still care about the monarchy.

I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKX last year. I was looking for a midsize crossover that could tow the boat or popup camper that I aspire to own, needed to have heated seats for my wife’s comfort, Android Auto for my convenience, low mileage, and under $25k. I was fairly indifferent to brand, and cross-shopped it against a

The steering wheel on my 2008 Pontiac with almost 200k miles that lives outside in Minnesota looks better than those yokes too.

I’ve been using the beta version for a while now. I use the DDG app on a couple different devices so I was able to snag two different addresses, one that uses my actual name for stuff that I want to appear semi-professional, and one for stuff I don't want tied to my name. I should try out the burner emails too.

I have a spreadsheet that I track my mileage on, and I have included the cost per mile for years. I calculate my cost per mile by taking the total cost to fill up divided by the miles driven on that tankful. I might have to add a column to flip that to see miles per dollar.

We sometimes think about how it would have been nice to have another kid, especially so that our son would have a playmate, but when we looked at the daycare bills and stuff like that, we don’t know how we would have ever afforded it.

We made multiple mistakes with bedtime. To start with, he slept in our room/our bed until just recently (just turned 6). He had severe eczema as a baby, so we kept him close by so we could stop him from scratching himself until he bled, which turned into him climbing into bed with us. He finally decided one day this

This was going to be my suggestion as well. Living in a snowy climate, they are worth the price just to get through winter without the carpet getting soaked and ending up with that permanent wet car funk and fogged up windows on a hot day.

That picture for Neapolitan style looks nothing like what is described in the text below it.

I assume the cool feature you are referencing is the fact that most of the letters in “Pontiac” have managed to stay attached for so long. The pop up headlights are cool too though.

My 85 Mercury Grand Marquis had that as well. The end of the wiper stalk was a knob you could turn to whatever speed you wanted.

My hot take here is that these signals are bad, actually. I’d much rather have the style of signal where holding the stalk on its detent produces a constant flash — I can hold the stalk down while I change lanes, then let up whenever I want.

I remember my dad having to remove a couple motor mounts to get the spark plugs at the back of the engine on my mom’s Astro.

Lifehackerlopnik?

There’s a bar near me that has fries drizzled with garlic butter. They are quite good.

The advantage for me is that I can adjust it when I’m not standing right in front of the thermostat. Plus, my utility company gave me a $100 rebate for installing it.

Growing up, a friend of mine’s parents had a Frigidaire with a GM Mark of Excellence on it.

I keep thinking about taking my 08 Pontiac G6 on the local 3/8 mile track for spectator drags. I figure with how slow my car is, it will be a fun way to take a leisurely lap around the track. I know I'd never win, but it would be fun just to be out there.
