That's THE BEST!

I've enjoyed it the whole time, but the first 75 issues are better than those since then.

I'd argue that Amanda Plummer is playing a cute, endearing weirdo freak.

If Netflix makes back 8 dollars on their $2-million-per-episode investment, it was all worth it.

I had no idea that Clarissa and Bear in the Big Blue House were from the same creator. That's genuinely impressive range, even if they do both feature a title character who explains concepts directly to the audience.

Yep! Prices vary, but if you watch for sales, you can eventually get most stories for around $5.

Yeah, that's true. After the next round of "Dark Eyes," it will be something like 81 audio stories. I'd certainly be okay with BF bringing that continuity to a close. I wonder if they'll somehow bring him right up yo the edge of "Night of the Doctor."

Yes! That really bugged me! If her classroom management is that bad, why did she suddenly switch to teaching in the first place?

Yeah, that's reasonable. Still odd that she didn't even mention it.

Also, what's your source on that renewal rumor? Not that I distrust you - I'd just like to read anything that includes that sort of speculation.

And probably a lot more fun than Torchwood!

It would even be possible to do some kind of crazy 12 Doctors story, I think. Or at least the 8 who are both a) alive and b) willing to play the Doctor.

Oh man, I dream about that all the time. At the very least, I imagine we'd get 10/Martha and 10/Donna stories. All three of those actors would be eager to do it, I think.

I agree that this was the most likeable Clara has ever been. The stuff where Strax gives her a medical exam is just delightful.

I'd say it was the mid-90s VHS release. I definitely remember talking about "A New Hope" in 6th grade (1996-1997)

Much-forgotten, I'd say. Duncan was such a huge part of the first season and a half, but once he was gone, it was like he'd never existed.

How do you even make that mistake?!

Neat! I look forward to discussing the 8th stories with you once you get there!

Few things are more delightful than "The Mind Robber."

Which are you listening to? I'm a huge fan of the 8th Doctor episodes (although there are certainly some stinkers among them), but I've heard very little from the others. Mostly just the run featuring the 6th Doctor with (former 8th Doctor companion) Charley.
