For a lot of folks, such as myself, I didn't know anything about Donald Sterling because I don't follow sports, teams, etc. So, this is the first time I've ever learned of any of his antics.

Doesn't make him any less of a dick. It was probably more likely he couldn't get the fight sanctioned. . .anywhere. And, if that's possible, they must've thought he was a bigger douche than most people initially thought.

I'd argue that as humans, self-preservation usually trumps any sense of humanism. And, in this case, it was a fight or flight response that the bikers and I'll assume the general public did not expect. Really and truly, I'm not sure the SUV could've played it any other way.

It means, "I'm an asshole for thinking this."
