Tachy with gross horsepower.
Tachy with gross horsepower.
Actually, no one has to listen. Also, I voted with my wallet, as stated elsewhere.
I'm guessing you haven't been here very long if you've not seen any rants until today...
It certainly was to a great number of people, whether it was intended as such or not. You don't get to tell people to stop complaining about something just because you don't agree. Simply put, you could play both D1 and D2 without an active internet connection. That's where the issue lies. If they had never offered it…
How about this: I bought D1 and D2. I won't buy D3. I played D1 and D2, mostly singleplayer, but also over the LAN, and I did use Bnet for a while, late in 2010, before I handed off my decade-old keys. I simply don't want to support the online requirement for me to play alone.
Did I say right now? Acting like there was no issue is wrong.
The companies who disrespect their client base don't stay in business. When they do, there's a tremendous shift of power within, and those who fuck with the money flow are shown the door.
"Foregoing DRM entirely, at this point, is clearly not that."
"I am sick of how people are so arrogant and selfish these days, no one knows how to be humble. "
Why did you bother replying to the parent comment? That particular comment was regarding the single-player experience.
You are not alone. Keep the faith.
It's disgusting that the only reason for this is to fight piracy over SINGLE PLAYER.
Seems like a good time to weed out those sites who unfairly review a product.
Will Smith is 6'2", Jamie Foxx is 5'10". Technically, the ceiling is farther from Jamie's head...
Battlefield Earth is a far cry from anything you're describing. It had nothing to do with his religion, it was a Science Fiction novel, and nothing else. If you're suggesting that it didn't bear mentioning because of his prose, well, there are other selections that could have been tossed aside for the same.
I'm starting to think that none of you've even read Battlefield Earth. The novel is actually quite good, and is exactly in this mold you've described. OK, so, the movie was awful, and L Ron's quirkiness has persisted throughout the ages. Still, it deserves a mention.
I'm sure it's simply an oversight to include no mention of Battlefield Earth.
I loaded the page and you hadn't posted this message. I make my post and after it refreshes I find yours right below mine. I think that's Azrael as the mysterious bat in the picture.
Is it possible that the model between the Bat and ninja Bruce is Azrael?
A single fire ant is 1.2 so let's calculate that times however many were actually retaliating against you. Say... 25? That sounds about right. I learned my lesson waiting for lunch in first or second grade outside... not pleasant.
