I would agree with you there. 2007 G35 sedan and backing up is a glorified guessing game at times.

Saw that too. At some point Darwin comes calling.

I'm not going to call the initial idea dumb, but flawed and exhorbitantly expensive. I agree with you that rather than go through all the implementation of putting all these controls onto the side window (or wherever), it makes a lot more sense to just create an app that links up with the vehicle. No need for touch

"Musk said that while he thinks it's unfair the two Model S fiery crashes grabbed all the headlines when 200,000 gasoline car fires occurred in the same year"....

Nevermind, saw your post below. And I guess they did offer it. It's unfortunate the beak is obligatory. Crack cocaine....

Some guys up above were commenting on the same thing. C&D promised to revisit the story, but never did.

I wasn't aware that the TL ever had AWD / manual as a combination. Are we talking pre-beak days?

C&D did promise to revisit it, but never did. I was bummed that the transplant wasn't more straightforward, it would've made for a great sleeper.

I don't think the Rondo classifies as a minivan. Just as a jelly bean.

So I'm curious, on older cars (10+ years old), at what point does low mileage become a liability?

My dad had these wheel covers on his Caprice when I was a kid. They always came off on their own (he spent a small fortune replacing them at the stealership) and they were a serious pain to clean.

Crazy...hoping that everyone is ok.

Yawn.

"I'm so proud of you Mary! I wouldn't have done just the same!"

Chrysler New Yorker. My sister had one of these, she bought it for $1k off some people who were moving out of country and had to sell their car ASAP. What blew me away was how proud of the thing she was.

I'm sure it's illegal. Former (happily) claims adjuster.

I think folks here are getting confused, choosing what they'd rather be seen in instead of choosing the car you'd rather beat to death and enjoy doing it. Makes me want to buy a Festiva just thinking about it.

Either that or Ralph Nader. 'cause Oregon.

Let's look at the flip side of the coin again. How about the guy should never have driven into this washed out area, and any reasonable citizen would have realized that? But he did, thus endangering public employees who came to his rescue?

If you're a pro-pedestrian type, I'll agree with you that more drivers need to be cognizant of pedestrians. I get frustrated when I stop for pedestrians and other cars drive on through like there's nobody there. That said, I've seen plenty of foolish pedestrians, even in places where they could conceivably hold the
