Can all conventions just be cancelled already. Clearly nerds are incapable of having a convention and I read more about women being harassed than actual conventioning. Cancel them. Cancel them all.

I feel it depends on the timing as well. If I receive an instant reply from this person's phone, it would tell me that my email was important to him/her. If I receive a reply the next day, it comes of a bit of unprofessional just like LadyOfTheWord wrote.
