Down in the Texas Valley there is a chain called Delia’s. They have the best tamales.  Great flavor, not a ton of masa, and they ship. Some of their locations even have traffic control on the weekends. Just amazing. Whenever I visit down there, I always bring several dozen back to Houston.

I think it’s the gearing. When I was loaned a 2017 when my car had service done, it just felt quicker off the line. Or maybe that was a placebo.
