GM just can’t seem to win. I remember people complaining about the styling of the G8 when it came out too. It didn’t help it got attached to a dying brand, but “enthusiasts” love to say “If only GM made a V8 rear wheel drive sedan, I’d buy one!” Except it has to cheaper than a four-cylinder Accord, better appointed…

I don’t remember too many people talking negative of the G8 when it was first out (maybe the base model). It was always badass to me. And, I knew it was going to be a collectible because of being the last Pontiac performance sedan. That’s why I got myself a G8 GXP.. with a manual.
