This was literally a thing a sitting member of congress was saying in a question to Gorsuch today. He is from Texas, of course, and was basically trying to ask Gorsuch where he is on "religious freedom" but prefaced it with a rambling speech about how it's totally cool to be any sexuality or gender lately but that
