Three months before our wedding my then-fiancee now wife and I were celebrating her birthday at a restaurant.

My wife bought our daughter a toy purse and wallet with some very realistic looking bills (a LOT of them) and credit cards.

It's just very frustrating that reports aren't doing any research on the topic and are just rolling with Marvel's press releases.

And for the past 20+ years Dark Horse has been producing some nice Star Wars comics, all of which will now have a Marvel emblem slapped on them.

With my 3.5 year old we make a point of saying that she's made a "Bad choice" not that she's a "Bad girl".

To what do we owe this very timely review?

If you suppress your survival instincts and risk your life for inexpensive crap then you're inviting whatever happens to you.

That's taking core concepts and creating new stories.

Many of the events in the movies loosely happen in comics.

Ok, not to crap on your point, but what stories are the various movies adaptations of?

Most of the Marvel CU movies haven't been direct adaptations of the comics in any real, meaningful way.

Needs more of this.

You can thank the writers for keeping it in the public consciousness. Other characters don't get a pass because it was "OK" when they did it, but because it's not referenced enough to be remembered.

That's not a bad thing. Why does every property with Marvel slapped on it need to fit into the MCU?
