I liked the futuristic dystopia look and the whole corporations rule the world theme that was quite popular in games before 9/11. Its soundtrack was some way below GTA though.

Yes! I played that all the while complaining to myself that it wasn't as good as 3 or 4.
That was the thing about the SNES era. Games were so expensive and as a 9-13 year old I only got 2 or 3 a year so I always chose a well reviewed AAA title to minimise risk. I missed out on some great experiences I'm sure.
