I was hoping it would be one of those so bad it’s good anime but nay... so much worst than Sister New Devil

In Kill La Kill the perviness is part of the story and feels natural, here it feels awkward and forced.

Based solely on the video, limited stalls lead to a line. The line of thought that leads into calling her out using the police (when nobody else seems to mind her presence) escapes me however.
