I think this is a bit excessive. Having a contest for fans to get their work in a game is pretty cool. It's not exploitative in the least. :|

It's a pretty simple solution, when you think about it. If you don't support the fact that they're not going to pay you if you make the music for the game, and you don't think it's worth the time and effort to not get paid, then just don't make the music. Simple as that.

The hypocrisy is astounding, seeing as they've been doing it with Call of Duty since 2008...

No, there won't be a class action lawsuit against Watch Dogs because it was made clear that the product shown at E3 was a work in progress and subject to change. And also because, between E3 and the game's actual release, Ubisoft published plenty of images and footage of the game depicting the final product more

The maps are free, they aren't free on Valve servers. Pretty big difference. No time in the history of Counter-Strike did Valve host custom maps.

Nothing you said is required for people to do or gets in the way of playing the game.

To be honest, I'm really surprised they *haven't* done a DBZ Musou game yet.

No company should have exclusives.

I think the funniest part of the second response is that fact that it's a free DLC

Because the multiplayer Final Fantasy games are kind of their own thing.

no one gives a fuck. It wont make the game anymore fun because your a chick

Has there ever been more than one playable character in the story mode of an AC game?

In the same manner of others? Hell no. They offer a full-fledged game at the beginning, and then bring DLC half a year later to increase the content by 50%. Who else does that?

I like to jokingly say all manner of mean things about my cat, but in all honesty, there's always that one moment when I'm feeling down, where out of the blue it's like he just knows. He'll come up to me, climb all over me, rub all over me, and for that moment, no matter what's going through my head, I always feel

Yeah, the only "decent" games I've really played are either PC ports or ports from old consoles.

You mean it's almost as if 95% of the mobile industry, including AAA publishers, is nothing but a paint by numbers orgy of clones with different hats? : P

Now playing

These kind of games are just indistinguishable. I mean, here's the description for AoE Castle Siege, from its website:

So these guys are full on felons now right? Denial of service attacks are one thing, bomb threats and messing with the FAA... welcome to the Federal Penal System folks. See you in about 10 years.

no its not. You're just an idiot. Stealing someone's baby is kidnapping, downloading a movie from the Internet is the same thing as recording it off of HBO. Same with tv shows. You can't pirate something that is broadcast because issues of fair use and public domain get brought into the mix.
