Not in germany though, all versions have a huge lack of Swastikas, so our version is still even more cut than anywhere else, this effects both the console AND PC version here ...

Nope, that's all in-engine. The point of the game is to be completely unsegmented, so cutscenes flow directly into the gameplay with no obvious transitions (aside from being able to manipulate your character).
