I didnt pay for the service. It came bundled with the season pass for MW3 i believe so me and many others were just forced to sign up for it to get DLC

Redownload? You can just plug the smaller sd into your computer, take the files off, put them on the bigger sd card and plug that into your 3ds. Screw redownloading.
