The Canyon AT4 looks better than the Sierra.

Yeah but couldn’t you specifically just force choke them until you got the price you want?

“Isn’t this a car enthusiast website?”

Not a Problem with the Viper I want to get

I’m partially on board, except that the knobs should be buttons on a touchscreen, preferably buried behind a sub-menu, which makes muscle memory useless and requires you to take your eyes off the road to change settings.

Hey guys...get a load of Jimmy Neutron here! While you’re at it, howzabout putting in some kind of “science box” that plays music or traffic reports WITHOUT WIRES!

So, basically, instead of just putting a heating element under the wipers like Subaru they’ve made the most frequently replaced part on the car significantly more expensive?

I think I'm just going to start stockpiling GMT400s so that I can rebuild them from parts until I die.

When are we going to stop pretending that shitbox econo cars from the 80's are somehow loved and missed? The reason it only has 17k on it is because they are TERRIBLE FUCKING CARS and the original owner quickly realized it. 7k? There’s no way.

There’s a balance that can be struck for sure. The Fiesta/Focus center stack was a genuine hot mess if you didn’t get the awful Sync that Ford offered at the time.

In 15 years my bet is we still won’t have fully replaced human drivers with self-driving cars.

Ya, the 2016 Silverado’s had quite possibly the worst factory alignment/glare out of any of the newer vehicle headlights. (I live right next to the plant that builds them.)

Can the IIHS tackle DRL LEDs that are so bright the driver thinks their headlights are on even when they’re not? I run into this all the time now, because dashboards are always lit, even with the headlights off, and DRLs are so bright the owners think their lights are on. I’ve been stuck behind someone without their

It’s funny, because the few late model Silverado’s I’ve driven, have the worst headlights ever. Yet, when my father in law follows me in his, I’m blinded at night.

This! I think the issue is that many drivers are too lazy to replace a headlight when it burns out so they just switch to the high beams

Is that the one with the stacked C shaped headlights?  I hate those.  Seems like a run across a lot where the top and bottom are lit up which seems like shouldn’t be a thing with low beams.

I also support the clean car initiate. I recently took a new colleague to lunch and he asked if my car was new. (I had been driving my SO's car the previous week.) I said, no. It's 7 years old and has 200,000 miles. I prefer to spend time in a clean car.

Personally I always make sure I downshift and get back to the speed limit as quickly as possible after a speed bump.

The perfect city car.

Homologating a car in the U.S., as Subaru pointed out to journalists in its presentation, takes millions of dollars and requires full certification from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,
