NY inspection is one of the few reasons why I’m glad I live in CT (that’s not saying much). Anything older than 25 doesn’t need anything but reg. and insurance

NP. All Toyota trucks of this vintage have returned to earth here in the Northeast. I’d also take the gasket blowing V6 over the chain snapping AND gasket blowing 22re. Also automatic is easier for wheeling.
