@Dominic Williams: If you don't need it on launch day then don't go on launch day... world isn't perfect.

@Yousty: It will most likely not "show up" for at least another few weeks, not hours.

@Dominic Williams: Just go in to the Apple store buy it. It will cost you $699/$799 I think but it'll be available launch day.

The video is only 1:39 because at the 1:40 mark, the battery was completely drained.

@JabbaB: What the hell are you talking about? Are you some sort of Bible-thumping nutjob I pass on the street on weekends? This is a bad natural disaster — no doubt about it. But is it the end of the world? No. Are nations and industries going to collapse? No. Is the world going to revert back to a goods & trade only

@JabbaB: Your comments are completely nonsensical and asinine. Please go away.

@JabbaB: I'd rather have $80. Nowhere does it say how much Giz is earning from the commissions on these (a generous guess would be $5 per referral) so I could donate $5 myself and still make $75 more.

@kingcrim84: There's no reason not to, other than the 20 minutes you'd save if you didn't.

@zachff: edit: about $80 less

Great idea/cause, but for a perfect condition 32GB 3GS w/all cables the offer price is $50 less than Radio Shack's trade in offer.

Can we get a confirmation on the $400/$500 early upgrade pricing? Mashable has it at $500/$600.

F off, MLB Advanced Media.

I bought a 3G in Jan 2009, then a 3GS in July 2009 (for the early upgrade price).

Hey. Hey Kobe. You ever hear that song I did for the Space Jam soundtrack with Barry White called "Basketball Jones?"

As an unstarred commenter with nothing to lose, immediately upon finishing reading this post the lyrics,

Honestly, I thought this was my friend A. Best part was when I forwarded this to him, A's initial thought was "Oh shit, that might be me too."

I work for an airline and can tell you this is pretty much prohibited, but there is nothing we can do one way trips. However, if we catch you doing this repeatedly (frequent fliers, I'm looking at you) things can end poorly for the customer.
