I was told by the rep each AT&T retail store was getting 15 phones.

I guess going into the store was the way to go, paid with my physical card, and shipped it to my work (not my account address).

My wife went to the store and did it, she said their systems are super slow, and credit cards aren't processing. They had to do that old school carbon slider thingy on it for later processing.
