Yeah, that “debate” was so fucking juvenile. I’m not a hardcore fan of Ethan Klein but in recent years with his shift toward being more socially conscious and in general attempting to be a better person I’ve watched more of his content, in particular Leftovers on Thursdays with Hasan.

There actually is a Druid legendary aspect that makes Fortify an absolutely essential and broken mechanic:

If nothing else, they need to show Druids a LOT of love, improve their Spirit generation (more passive options to generate similar to Rogues with movement or Necros with either corpses or basic attacks) and at minimum like a 10% increase to damage across the board. Landslide build, the current Seasonal perk with poison creeper triggering Landslide with all bonus effects is actually really good. But I’m trying to include Trampleslide in that build but I cannot for the life of me find ANY gear with that Aspect on it. I’ve done Tree, Helltide, NMDs, still nothing.

Eh, with the 1.1 patch nobody in good-faith should play anything other than Rogue or Necro, Barbarian and Sorceress got BRUTALLY nerfed and Druids just aren’t really good at anything unless you have the absolute best luck with RNG and get specific legendaries and uniques really easily.

There are quite a few great sleeper titles in there too. I picked up Resonance of Fate 4K/HD super ultra deluxe hyper wet remaster for like $30.

I believe their intended takeaway was:
“just burn through the last bit of campaign you have on WT1 so you have it done for season”.

Oh god, while the power fantasy was fun to a point, it got ridiculous that you could clear GR100+ in under 5 minutes with full set bonuses and maxed paragon stats because you were dealing 25 BILLION damage attacks and when you landed a crit it would hit for like 300 BILLION.

To your point though, was that pre or post-nerf? Because I saw streamers full on bitching that they were struggling on solo Tier 40+ post-nerf with their previously broken builds.

With my hands-on experience last night, the primary things I noticed was they attacked the “meta” builds with these nerfs.
