Well, I guess I agree with Reed that the best way to develop isn't to pour hundred of millions of public dollars into a stadium. (The new rumble-seat football stadium also seems like a silly idea to me, though.)

So, their plan to profit from a $200 million stadium is to blow it up? The fact that they'd prefer to do that than try to redevelop with a baseball stadium as an anchor/destination is somewhat telling.
