I hope this totally turns out like Enders Game where one scientist successfully deflect an asteroid and suddenly it’s revealed the whole thing was real.
You need a two-meter-wide telescope to see the hypothetical asteroid. I sure don’t have one of those lying around.
Wouldn’t work. It would be easy enough to observe the asteroid yourself, and calculate its orbit. Amateurs do it all the time, to help fine-tune the calculations. They can’t expect to keep a secret for long with that situation.

Yeah, so Totalbiscuit’s initial tweet was totally rational and reasonable. He didn’t call the game terrible, he simply said it wasn’t for him. The response from the developer was kinda’ out of line.
This story reminds me of how Ed O’Niel supposedly heard married with children was canceled. Which is from some people at a gas station or convince store telling him they were sorry to hear that the show was cancelled
On a serious note, I thought it was weird that Pokemon was playing with Islamic theology in Hoopa, the fact that his altered form is actually called a djinn in the Pokedex. If the trailer is any indication, Ash isn’t evil, but possessed by the djinn that is Hoopa Unbound.
Must be weird to wake up with dozens of tweets about how your creation has been altered without your consent.
