Man, I worked in the service industry, and yes, some customers really suck. But fuck that guy for changing tips to 20%.  That’s plain stealing, and it’s kindof a bummer he never got caught.  People are awful, but doing that doesn’t make up for it, it just makes you awful too. 

I love working the “20% is the standard” into the copy as if this is fact. It’s not. Stop trying to make it happen.
