Visual novels have a lower barrier to entry then more traditional games, plus queer romance and sex (Especially sex) is something that is traditionally ignored in games and stories. Put those together with a few queer artists and you have a romance game.

I figured something was probably off when me and a friend had 4 bruisers, 6 exploders and 2 retches spawn in about 2 minutes on recruit. Thankfully we were pretty close to the safe house so we just said screw it after killing about 4 of them and just booked it.

You really can’t turn this around into ‘perhaps it is u who are petty’ - the guy gleefully harassed and targeted minorities, and much of his anguish was that his website matured (to a degree) while he didn’t. The Something Awful website bankrolled his entire lifestyle even as he grifted and complained server costs…

Something Awful produced a wild amount of humor and culture for decades and had a massively outsized influence for a long time. It was a place where I learned a lot about writing, about politics and some other things.

Hell, Suvi in MEA explains that the Initiative actually tapped into geth data about the Andromeda galaxy in order to discover the golden worlds. Geth were using Mass Relay tech to image Andromeda with basically a FTL version of Hubble. Geth sure af were interested in Andromeda, so both lore-wise and creative-wise…

Andromeda gets a bad rep from its clunky pre-release deal. A lot of people already preformed opinions on it from its wonky, unfinished graphics from previews and it had some issues at release fixed later thru patches (which is now nothing new across all types of games nowadays sadly).

After really enjoying the Legendary trilogy and then Andromedia (its actually a really solid game post launch), I am hella excited to see the series back on track.

It was so forgettable that I skipped it.
